SketchBowl is an online football game. We collect as little as we can to run it.
What we collect
- A random device ID that the app creates on first launch and keeps in your device's keychain. It links your phone to your guest account. It is not your Apple ID, advertising ID, or any hardware identifier.
- Game data: your team name, players, levels, attribute points, rating, wins and losses, and match history.
- Gameplay input during matches (drawn routes and joystick moves), used only to run the match and not stored after it ends.
- Technical logs: our server records IP addresses and request times in short-lived logs to keep the service running and secure.
What we don't do
- No ads, no advertising or analytics SDKs, and no tracking across apps or websites.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties.
- No real names, email addresses, contacts, location, or payment details are collected.
Who can see what
Your team name, players and rating are shown to opponents you are matched with. Team names are filtered for offensive words.
Where it is stored
Game data is stored on our servers hosted by Amazon Web Services in the United States, sent over encrypted HTTPS connections.
Deleting your data
In the app, open Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, team and match history from our servers right away. Deleting the app alone does not delete the account.
Children
SketchBowl does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The game does not ask for any personal information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
